    Cheers

Yeah I agree, much better look. I toyed with the idea of a low exhaust to open the back end up even more but I think I'd regret it in the end. I'll stick with the two cans under the seat I reckon.

See where you're coming from. I was torn. When it comes down to it I think it's what I imagine a speed triple to be (the romance eh) so I want to keep with that. Do love the low exhaust though.

Ah but the very iconic original had the exhaust down lower (see link to my old 2000 model), in my opinion Triumph followed Ducati with the 'sexy' under seat exhaust set up, downside to this was due to emissions etc the standard cans got heavier to the point where nearly all manufacturers have mounted the silencer down low again!

Interesting that. Do you know what I did see he green version (can’t remember the actual name of the paint scheme) and assumed it’d been modified to have a low exhaust. Now I know.

Welcome aboard Matt, hope you enjoy the forum, nice steed you have there, I run a 2015 Speedy and am on the low boy side of the fence, ditched the twin Arrows it came with in favour of a low slung Scorpion serkat, each to their own though so good luck on finding a pair of Arrows for yours.
