    NICE:cool:

Big naked V-twins are the most fun.

V4 make more power, IL3 & IL4 are smoother, but for just pure unadulterated fun and punch out of a corner - V2's are the dog's.

I had a Honda Firestorm a few years back, only v-twin I've owned but I loved the torque and the way a v rides, quite intoxicating, and I've kinda missed that since, don't let my Speedy hear that though cos I love her too

Don’t forget the cross-plane 4......you’d think my new MT10 was a twin unlessyou knew any different.

I do like the SDR1290 though.

I think yamaha calls that bike the Fz-10 here? A little stretch of twisties nearby I met up with a rider that just bought one and with the exception of the day glo green rims I really liked it.My bike has orange rims so not sure if I can really poke fun.

The 2nd gen ones in the US are also now known as MT10.

Enjoy the new ride Steve. Lovely looking thing. My mate has gone from an SP2 VTR to a KTM RC8 and recently to a 790 Duke and it’s a very capable thing.

Very nice, my mate just traded his 2015 SD in for a nearly new 2018 one which looks much better.

Mate totally respect what you say but the 675r,I had a 2015 model is one of the greatest engines I’ve ever ridden.

If I could upload videos without going through YouTube, I’d show you a near standard 2015 Daytona 657R keeping up with a 200 bhp S1000rr around Brands Indy.
That bike is a peach, shame Triumph stopped building it.

I swapped to a Thruxton, because the minces are not what they used to be and needed a slower pace for the road but getting rid of the Daytona was one of my hardest decisions ever.
