Sorry, Julian. Never had the need to adjust the clutch. If it is a bit 'sticky', then fresh oil and a few miles on the clock should sort it out. Mine was a bit clunky after a winter lay off once, but riding it cleared it up within a few miles. Of late, I have used Motul, Motorex, Halfords and Shell fully synthetic oil in my bike and Halfords seems as good as any them. I was once told (by a Halfords employee) that their oil is actually made by Motul - not many 5w40 oils about, but Motul is one of them so it may well be true. Either way, it works well enough.
Hi guys, can I sneak in here? New to the forum but def not new to bikes, 40+ yrs. Had my 02 Sprint ST for 6+ yrs & now has 67K on the clock. I'll soon be in the market for a 900 T'bird to join the ST. What I need please, is help with the do's & don'ts when it comes to 900 Thunderbirds. Any advice will appreciated. Cheers.
