Telly went up the pictures the week-end buying a new one, it takes a USB flash drive to store recordings and play back, what size USB do I need, 16gb, 32 etc? Not very well up on all this nufangled tech stuff, telly we just dumped was made to show Dixon of Dock Green! Ta very much.
You also get USB hard drives. I use a1 tetrabyte on mine. Just velcroed onto the back. My preference for hard drives is seagate

I daresay your TV might have more than one USB slot. So if you buy a 32Gb stick and you do have a second "hole" you could always plug in another stick. If you're like me you'll copy a few films/videos onto the memory stick, watch them over a period of time and then delete what you've watched and copy some new ones over. I find a 32Gb stick plenty big enough.
