The poll makes no sense... when central = north. Why not just say Scotland when you mean Scotland, then North can mean North, Central can mean Central, and South can mean South.... Initially I voted central because that makes most sense... until I realised that central meant something other than central.....
You cant change your poll settings and it started off as and idea, that I ran with. Unfortunately as you cant change the poll choices you cant develop as you go and "it makes no sense" anyway this is explained and Im sure you get the idea. It was and is just a starting point for ideas and to see roughly where we should start looking for a mentor. and at the moment its Ireland and Scotland. for distance possibly Central Scotland. last time i looked Scotland and Ireland were both on 13 now central..wherever that is has 13 ..gives us a rough idea but another poll will be needed for clarification of where each area is
Portsoy is just down the road from where we used to live. Parts of "Local Hero" were filmed there I believe. Unfortunately just Too far for me to contemplate, sadly.
You should put up a proposal, it will be a lot nearer to most members than Portsoy is, and Im sure lots of guys would enjoy France with a helpful hand to guide them.

Give it a couple of weeks then I'll start and pin a post asking for proposals. If you have an idea, work on it, and ignore the daft poll. I would hate someone having a brilliant location / / idea and being put off by this.
