hi all, I’ve just bought a beautiful 2014 speed triple and love it. It has a lextek end can on it and sounds great but it pops and bangs on the over run like mad, do you think there’s a baffle missing or leak somewhere?
    Cheers

It could be that its be remapped by the dealer or

These maps can be downloaded then uploaded to your bike, by you or your dealer, its not without risk and homework is required.
It could be the exhaust has been put on and a remap has not been done only it should have been. Etc.

The popping is caused by the SAI system injection air into the exhaust to burn off any unburnt fuel before it destroys the cat. It can be disabled if you want, there’s plenty on here on how to do it. Enjoy.
