Hey everyone new guy here. Shopping for a triumph right now. Looking local for a used T100. Not easy here in Indiana. Would take a Thruxton 900 or street twin. Never seen a street twin in person so I am not sure I’ll fit well. 6 foot two inches tall and 200 pounds. Glad to be here. I’ll be doing a lot of reading
Welcome from California. Take the Street Twin for a spin. Only sure way to tell. I have a 2018 and it's a great bike, and a blast to ride.
One other thing you may way to take into consideration. The Street Twin uses cast wheels and tubeless tires. I can (and have) done a road-side emergency flat repair. I always carry a tire plug kit with CO2 cartridges. Although I like the look of spoked wheels, I am not a fan of tube type tires due to the road-side repair issue. Just my 2 cents!
Well I haven’t thought of that actually. Right now I’m talking to a guy in Kentucky about a 2015 Bonneville Newchurch they just got in. Has the tach kit and center stand already installed
