Best Swingarm Stand For Speed Triple

I finally got my 2018 Speed Triple RS (white) and now realize that my old stand won't work with a single swing arm on the Triple. Any advice on a good stand.

I've got this one - with the wee wheels it works as a mover as well.

I have an Abba stand which is great especially for changing both wheels (with the adapter bar) however I picked one of these up and it's really quick and easy to use for regular chain oiling and cleaning.

If you're talking paddock stand rather than swingarm stand, this is what I have for my RS, it's got bearings in the arm so you can turn the wheel while on the stand.

Abbastand is about the only swingarm stand I've seen, I went the whole hog and bough the abba skylift which works very well....

Congrats on the arrival of your shiny new Speedy, when I bought mine I fitted a rear wheel spindle and converted my existing paddock stand to hooks, easy and much cheaper than buying another stand.

 

That was why I looked at another stand - it took longer to get the finishers off and on again than to clean and oil the chain.

 

I've got finishers on mine and they take maybe a minute at the most to remove?
Or are different types of finishers mounted differently?

 

simple to use and pretty cheap the warrior paddock (similar to conti) stand under £50,not as solid as Abba (i have both) but for the money no brainer,removed rear wheel twice using this stand for tyre change and caliper clean up.

 

alright for oiling the chain but no good for removing the wheel

its a spindle that fits through the rear axle and also adds a bit of crash protection, if your current stand accepts bobbins You loose the pretty finisher on the right hand side, but I found it felt far more secure particularly when lifting on and off using my conventional paddock stand, than the single sided R & G paddock stand I had bought (this is great quality but sold now for the reasons mentioned) I also have an Abba stand and whilst it lifts both wheels and I use it for winter storage, its a pain removing the finishers each time or just leaving them off, also if you are particularly tight for space where you store the bike the Abba can be a real faff as you have to get to both sides of the bike. s

 

Can't beat the price for that especially if you already have a traditional paddock stand.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I went for the R&G rear axle sliders and will use my current stand until I can splurge on a better option.

 

Oh, I dunno.....

 

I researched the abba, too many steps to set up and a lot of pumping the jack pedal in my opinion. I am waiting for confirmation on the fitment plate and will report back after I have used the bursig for a while.
