Hi guys. Just thought id share some pics of a few upgrades iv done to the speedy! Iv lowered the front lights and clocks with the street triple bracket and it looks a lot better! Its a subtle upgrade but well worth it in my eyes. Also i hit up our good friends at conquest carbon and fitted a flyscreen, battery cover and seat cowl in lovely gloss carbon. And the best bit is i havent told the wife this time!
Eyup Andrew, I'm liking the headlight bracket mod. Do you know if the street triple bracket is year specific to fit my 2011 speedy? (When I get it back!)
I have a part number somewhere. Give us a sec and i shall update this reply. Just for your info mine is also 2011. So i know it fits. (Does take a little bit of persuasion) Ok iv had a look and the part no. Is T2700717. Happy modding sir. Andy.
Always something I wasn’t keen on with the speed triple could never put my finger on it but this is it..... looks awesome! So much better
That's appropriate, that's my surname! Just had a look wi that number, and the diagram shows the round headlight model. Does that mean that any year street triple bracket will fit my '11 reg Speedy?
Not sure mate. All i know is it works! Haha. I got the part number sent to me on here by somebody else and thats what i ordered. Somebody else may advise you if any year fits. Although as i said before, my bike is a 2011 and i know for sure it fits my bike!
Cheers, I only ask, as you sometimes see em come up on ebay, and they usually just tell you the year its come off.
This is true. I suppose you could ask for the part number if its printed on it. Or find the years that the part number fits for the street triple and keep an eye out on ebay for certain years. Just an idea!
