Where is temp sensor housing for the electric cooling fan?......... Haynes manual shows a picture of a dedicated sensor housing by the thermostat but this isn’t present. There is a sensor housing in the water jacket but this isn’t directly connected to the electric fan relay (also different wire colour).
    Many thanks.... Joel

    Welcome to the forum

I have had a look on the World of Triumph parts site and the part you are looking for is show as 39 on the list. Although it is a bit of a pain as it does not shows where it goes, might be worth having a look at the engine side of things as I,m guess it is plugged into the water jacket there somewhere.

    Cheers

    Dimparcio,

I've been looking all over the place for a haynes manual for a 2003 daytona 600. gave up because I cant find one. Is yours specific to daytona 600?

    Cheers

    Hi chrispy,

I did look at that one but as there was no reference to 2003 600 model I didn't think it would be relevant to my bike.

And considering my serious lack of mechanical knowledge if isn't printed in black and white at age 5+ level, I end up sitting around scratching my head wondering why i have five bolts in my hand and apparently nowhere to put them!

    cheers

Have you looked at the earlier Haynes with the Daytona up to 2000 might be the same engine as yours
