hi there every one I ve watched a few street twin road tests and the brakes have come in for some stick and having owned one for just over a year I can agree .One guy was talking of changing the pads for more abrasive ones I wondered if anybody had tried this and which were the best pads to choose . I personally find the front brake OK but the rear needs a lot of pressure to get anything out of it any input wellcome

Most people hereabouts, it seems, tend to go for EBC HH sintered pads - myself included. They work for me on my Trident.:)

I agree. The rear brake on my St Twn leaves much to be desired. If you use the EBC HH sintered pads, does the rotor also need to be changed?

Not necessarily, it may wear a bit quicker if the HH pads are a bit more abrasive but that’s the price you pay for extra friction leading to better stopping power.
