Fuel Gauge Not Working Street Triple Rx

My bike went in for service where they also replaced headlamp unit. Fuel gauge isn't working now but have moved since so can't take it back. Any ideas if I can look to fixing myself?

 

I agree with DD on where to start, but I would also look at fuses first - just in case it's something really simple. You didn't say what year your bike is, but I came across an online manual for a 2009 at the following link. I hate using these types of sites for security reasons. It can take up to a couple of miles to read after disconnection. On other models anyway.
