Pinlock Earplugs

    Used these for years, cut the cord off and reusable for ages (and cheap).
    Used foam before, ok for an hour or so but made my ears sore for all day riding.

    This may help some of you
    A mate of mine was just pushing the foam plugs into his ear, he did this for years. he now wears hearing aids!
    You need to roll them up tight and slide them into the canal so they expand to fill the hole!

    Yes, it's the pressure from them expanding in the ear that give me trouble if worn all day.
    (I'm such a delicate flower ;):joy:)

    I had similar but changed to the smaller orange plugs and they were fine.

    Got some pinlocks after recommendation. Love them. Much more comfortable and quieter than the foam ones.

    Guess it's just down to shape of ear and how they feel. Very personal thing. Give a try, then make your mind up yourself.

    Bit of a gamble for £20, but I for one am glad I took it.

    Plus, if you use an intercom, you can hear them better, music and calls.

    like i said if they were anywhere near as good as foam ones all the racers would be wearing them instead..but they all wear foam ones..wonder why:p
    PS since nobody wanted to buy my "nearly new" plugs:eek: i have now binned them:poop:

    I didn't realize you could use them in ya ear'oles as well, how the hell do you roll it up small enough, and I've only got 1 any way!
