    Hi all just a quick one to introduce myself
    New to riding did my test at 40 and now the proud owner of a 2006 Daytona 675 and loving it

    Welcome & great photos of your 'bike in that "moody" weather you have darn sarf!

    (such a shame "plod" makes you all have those 1 hectare number plates that ruin the lines of such a nice looking 'bike!)

    True to that but I’ve seen some UK bikes with smaller plates something I’m going to look into

    They aren't all that strict about nowt over here regarding number plates, & if no one else has it, & it's not offensive, you can make up yer own reg....This is the one l had when l lived in Vegas & coz BRIT was taken, I just substituted the
    I with a #1............

    You can also slap 'em onto the bike sideways...(my old VTX1800)

    & 50cc or less you don't even need any plates!! (my ex Taiwanese monkey bike which is/was street legal with lights'n'all!)
