Hi all, i`m new to the forum, names Ray known as theroof. hoping to purchase a 2002 bonnie 790cc with 17k on the clock but before I do I would like to know if theres anything I should be weary of and things I should check for. Any advice appreciated thanks Ray.
Welcome to the forum theroof, can't give you much advice on the bonnie but check the docs and general condition ,a new mot would be good , wish you luck hope its a good one for you :upyeah:
Hi and welcome to the forum, like chrispy I'm not a Bonnie expert but service history is a good pointer to how well your bike been looked after. If its a private deal a HPI check would be good. Bonnie's wont generally have been owned by the racer wheelie type of previous owners and many will have been hidden away from the ravages of salty winter roads which rust steel and oxidize aluminium.
Hi Chrispy and Richard H, thanks for your response, got my eye on two at the moment till then have to keep riding the Enfield, hopefully some one with Bonnie experience will also have some advice for me. thanks Ray.
You'll be hard pushed to get a reply Ade, thread is from 2014 Think somedriver is a Car Check spammer Reported
