Hi All I have just exchanged my Tiger 1200 for a 1600 Thunderbird.Loving the New bike and wanted to say "Hi" and best wishes from the New Forest. I intend to remove the Cat this week and fit some Short "Tor" cans. Has anybody done this please? Regards Paul.

Hi . Ive bought the 45 degree pipes. I will remove the cat and Silencers this week. Replace the elbows and add the Short Tors on. I have the White with the blue and red on it, Panniers, quick release screen, sissy bar and the fog light things. I changed from the Tiger as my wife has had 2 vertebrae fused and could not get on the Tiger. I loved it, but wanted the bike for both of us. We go out a lot and go the France for a week each year. Been riding 41 years, and never not had a bike. Had a Fazer 1000 and did 44,000 miles on that one.
