Tiger 885 Exhaust

Hey all.

I've got an old Tiger 885 Carb with exhaust headers that look like tea bags. The rest of the exhaust system is ok, but the headers are shot. The part I need is 2200517-T0301 Part number 1 in the pic, which is no longer available.



There is another part but it's for later models. Part No. T2201011 which is back order, but I'll bet will be No longer available if I request it. Does anyone know the difference between the two parts ?

Are there any other options for an exhaust, or am I going to have to get something made up ?

I have no idea how much it would cost to get a set of headers made, but I suspect it would be more than the bike is worth.

Any ideas would be welcomed.

Didn't even think of ebay. What a muppet. Didn't think a second hand set would be any better than mine. Just hit ebay and found a set in decent enough condition.

You have found a different set. Yours are the ones I'm after. The centre pipe drops under the sump.
