Just introducing myself... Bought a Street Triple today (won't be delivered for a bit) - 2018 R LRH version in black. Would love any "you need to know this" advice. Been riding a while - currently own Buell and Harley motorcycles. Jay

Thanks all - would love some advice as to the "must have" stuff right from the start. (I have tank skins and paddock bobbins/front & frame sliders on the way.)
And yes - the black was the only thing in the area here...but I like black. Would have been nice if the RS trim came in a low ride height version, but I'll be happy with the R....

Welcome VJ. You need to know you'll have to add five minutes to your journey times to account for all the lost time folk will use up wanting to talk about your beautiful machine.
Got mine 3 weeks ago before the snow hit uk haven’t ridden her yet. Mine is an R low too. I love the Matt Silver classy.
That's a gorgeous bike....looking forward to getting mine here! That said, the weather isn't going to allow for any riding for a good while....well below 0 C here next week (for the high temps...let alone the lows)....
