Purchased A 97 Adventurer To Be Modified

Hello all, I'm a Triumph newbie, I already ride a Ducati factory built Cafe racer. I wanted a second bike to be able to modify to my liking. Found a low km's 97 Adventurer and will be modifying it over the next few months. I'm surprised to see that I'm having a hard time locating custom parts for it online.

will be converting it to all brown leather with diamond stitching seat as well as removing the rear fender and keeping the original mini ape bars for more comfortable and longer rides. (i already ride a Cafe racer) so i don't want two bikes with similar riding positions.

If anyone has any advice i would surely be grateful to hear it.

Hello all.
This is my 97 Adventurer, in the next few months i want to do the following to her.

1. Change the handlebars back to the original OR to put wide arched bars (old school riding bars) to accommodate a more comfortable vertical riding position and give the bike an old scholl look.
2. remove the rear fender and replace with a very low profile fender.
3. add a brake light below the seat
4. change the front and rear blinkers to something more minimal and clean
5. change the seat look. lower the height of the foam and add some silicone in the seating positions and use a brown leather with complimentary diamond stitching upfront and lined stitching for the rear passenger
6. change the color of the tank and fenders to something in the neighborhood of a very light blue/silver
7. Change the knee pads on the tank and use the same brown leather of the seat with diamond stitching
8. Add minimal saddlebags in the same leather as the seat and knee pads
9. change the foot pegs to something more minimal and metalic
10. change the mirrors to something less obstructive and lower them
First im sending the bike for a complete maintenace at my local triumph mechanic (she has 27,000 kilometres) and then im going to get to work on her.
If anyone has any advice/suggestions to give me i would be more than happy to receive them. Best to all and to all happy holidays.

I found her in a clothing boutique. so yes, that's a plastic mannequin. good eye.
