I'm a fanny alright, but I'm also unlucky with the French cops and believe me, If I went to France with exhaust pipes marked NOT FOR ROAD USE as all these TORS are, then they would get on their hands and knees and find that nice laser etched script and I would be carted off to the cash machine for a 4th time by the garlic eating surrender monkeys. Not that I'm bitter in anyway about the extraordinary cowardice and sneaky tactics they use to rob money from fine Englishmen like me. I'm sure hiding a super skinny gendarme behind a tree with a radar gun and inventing a temporary speed limit with no signs just for the English is fair to these people.
