Is it stupidity, ignorance or something else which makes drivers apparently unable to either get into the right lane at a roundabout or use their indicators properly?

They are either going round the roundabout in the "outside" lane indicating left but not actually taking an exit until they've stopped indicating or simply not indicating at all leaving others to guess at what they're doing.

I really am getting to be a grumpy old git aren't I?

Most car drivers nowadays have an inability to multi-task & are too busy texting or chatting on their mobile phones.

Unfortunately, it is true though. Next time you are out & about, whether it be on your bike or in the car, take a look around you & i guarantee you will see loads of people with either their mobiles held to their ears or texting whilst driving.

Am I on my own when out in my steel box filled with airbags and safety features that when I see someone not using indicators/ talking or texting on their mobile I try to make near misses as scary as possible for the fuckwits?

I love it and have a really loud horn just to finish the job off... yep grumpy old man speaks! However when on the Speed I find the 'downstrike' on the wing mirror wakes em up  ... or so i'm told

It's getting that way when you see someone indicating, you expect them to do the opposite, so many leave them on or change their mind after indicating. Young women and old gits seem to be the worse and the rest don't bother.
