Some lovely bikes out in the sunshine at the Super Sausage on the A5 today. Modern Old School by Trevor Laight, on Flickr
Hey Mark! Great bike... Tell me pls: is yours a twinseater with a refitted tailcover? I am asking because mine looked like this: (And I mean the tail of the bike, not the front of the "tank" ... ) Cheers, Daniel
Hey Zad, surely someone else's oil under your side stand & why are you riding so fast? Trying to get away from those rain clouds. Great pic btw
Hey Zad, surely someone else's oil under your side stand Daniel, the tail cover is held on by x2 screws, remove & see if you like it. I put mine back on, personal preference
Hello Ken! Yes I knew, but below the cover of my old EFI900 Thrux, there was an actual shotgun seat. The 1200R has a single seat; with, or without cover. As you say: matter of taste. Now on Mark's machine, I seem to see a black 'bulge' just at the front edge of the cover and I was wondering, if he has a special seat... Cheers!
Deffo someone else's oil under the bike. Think there was an old Harley there before lol.re the pace over the mountain let's just say there ain't no chicken lines on my tyres.
Nice, very nice....and welcome. Have you chopped the front mudguard, looks a bit shorter than standard.
Hey sprinter!! That was over 4 years ago, mine wasn’t about then! And why make a thruxton look like a tracker? I thought it was a cafe racer??
These professional guys have money to burn and have to invent ideas to spend it on so you end up with back to front notions, built beautifully. Not like yours which is evolutionary and natural. I could only find old ones cos they have all seen your bike now.
