Hi all, just joined as I was told to buy the seller of a bike I have just bought. So bikes first in age order I suppose
1974 norton commando 850 interstate to many mods to list but it has a full 920 nourish engine owned since 1982 and will be buried with it, at 70mph smoothest bike on the planet
    1988 gsxr1100 slabby
    1993 900 trophy about to px for a 96 1200 - the workhorse
1995 orange speed trip braced swinging arm and 3 into 1 exhaust
1996 900 daytona yellow standard and nice
    1998 ducati 900ss track bike
1999 955I daytona 9000 miles mint up for sale £3000 ono - hurts my shoulders to much
2000 gsxr600 k1 track bike - really tatty but ex bss bike goes like stink for a 600
2002 ducati 900ss mint loads done just fitting some ultra rare technomagnesio wheels
2003 ducati st4s currently converting to 851 rep
2011 moto guzzi 1200 sport 4v - don't know why but it sure is different to ride

Also buying a 1993 1200 trophy next week in my opinion best Hinckley triumph engine

So they are the bikes, interests well you don't need to ask do you !!!!.

Wants - a really nice 1200 daytona to replace the one I sold to my future son in law !!!!!!

May be of interest - currently fitting a 1200 daytona engine (no bike) with 955I liners and pistons and a set of 40mm rs mikunis. I am determined to get the 147 bhp out of one of these engines. Best stock engine I have had was 126rwhp best I could manage after lots of fiddling was 141rwhp.

I also sponsor and mechanic for a British superstock 1000 team so can be found in the paddock at most bsb events.

Yes your right it was 147 @ crank claimed I just want that at rear wheel. An easy mod to the daytona is to fit 1000 ignited lead I think it was yellow instead of green or other way round. It gives the engine more advance at the top end and the power climes more rather than levelling off at around 7500rpm. I suppose fitting a 750 lead to a 900 May have the same effect but not tried it.

Some of you guys are saying I must have a big garage, actually don't have a garage , bought an old run down nursing home a couple of years ago and have taken 3 of the 13 bedrooms over for the bikes - central heating and all. I told the wife that it was never the plan though !!!
