Hi all, I have owned a series of Bikes over the last 45 years starting with a Honda CB175. Current bike bought new in March 2015. I have not done much mileage but am setting out to change that now that I have taken early retirement. As a vertically challenged person the Bonny is perfect from a size point of view although it is a little uncomfortable over about an hour in the seat and of course does only 130 miles ish per tanks (to reserve). Still it gets me into conversations with people where ever I go and I love riding it. I am looking to go on some adventures so am looking at buying a Tiger 800 as well, looking at a low version but am a little wary that it does not handle as well as full sized version. I am based in Suffolk due to Marriage although a native Yorkshireman. Anyhow looking forward to exchanging notes with people on this forum. All the best John
Hello John and welcome to the forum Don't worry there's a few on here who are vertically challenged, they'll be along soon
Hi John, I've a 2015 Newchurch as well, love it. Just come back from a week in Spain on it, no problems with the standard seat after a few hours on it although just pottering about locally it gets uncomfortable after an hour. I guess this is a familiarity thing? Odd how when in a different environment with plenty of other things to occupy your mind the comfort of the seat seems to fade away to insignificance! Enjoy your bike. Curly
Welcome to the forum form John. Great bike, good choice. I had a Honda CD175 which were the poor relation to the CB, but it was a good reliable workhorse for a few years.
Hi and welcome, no "shortage" of folk on this forum to get into involved in conversation with. Enjoy Wessa
