Hi everyone. Just to introduce myself. My first bike was an NSU Quickly (please try not to laugh) and then progressed to a Honda CB72, 250. When I passed my driving test I took up moto cross riding a Suzuki RM400C followed by a Husqvarna 430CR. I also had a Honda 250G for travelling to and from work. When I married I sold my bikes as I thought my biking days were over but deep down I really missed it. Now 30 years on and at the age of 61 I have the bike I always wanted, a Triumph Bonneville. Originally I wanted an older Bonneville to restore but a busy home life meant the project would drag on indefinitely so I invested in a 2015 T100. I could hardly walk after the first outing but the groin muscles are getting used to having a tank between them again.
Well done Colin, welcome to the fold. Great to be back on the bike eh enjoy, but Ride Safe my friend there are a lot of idiots out there. Nice bike by the way. Ken.
Welcome to the forum Colin. I remember the NSU Quickly with fond memories, it was my first bike when I was about 10 years old. Finally got to my fiirst Bonnie about 20 months ago after 30 years absence from biking. Great bikes.
