Hi, just joined this forum. Was a member of the Triumph Sprint Club forum, but next week the 1994 Sprint 900 is going and being replaced by a 2007 Bonneville T100.

Welcome Rob. I used to post in the Sprint forum too. Still have the Sprints but never ride them these days. I also have a 2010 BonnieSE. Them twins are cracking bikes.

Hi Rich, My Sprint was in fabulous condition and I am very, very sorry to see it go, but as I am now a "Mature Rider" or "Old Bu88er" I was finding it a little top heavy.

'A little' for sure. As an "Old Bu88er" myself I can sympathise mate. I caught a seriously rotten dose of inflammatory rheumatoid arthritis Jan last year. By autumn when meds had it reasonably under control and I was able get on a bike again, I just didn't have the flexibility in my hips (or discomfort-tolerance tbh) beyond three rides on the 955i (dropped it on diesel on top of black-ish ice third time), and simply couldn't even hold the 1050 up anymore. So I bought a Tiger XRx for those long trips the Sprints were supposed to do. Love the Tiger. Gotta sell those Sprints.
