2011-2015 Air Filter

    Hi all,

    Anyone running a k&n/pipercross air filter on their speed?

    Seem to remember my street howling like a banshee through the air box after fitting one. Even my tiger 1050 got one as well as the air box mod, and that sounded good too.

    Just after advice from those in the know. Not really after any bhp gains, but I don't want to risk running issues/permanent damage due to the mixture leaning up.

    I was looking into one a while back but after reading a lot into it the OEM filter is the best way forward for the triple!!

    Bob,
    If you've just had your bike re-mapped, they would have taken the higher flow filter into account to ensure the mixture is correct

    Don't fit a pipercross they're rubbish and fall to bit the last thing you need sucked into the engine :mad:
