Sorry to hear about your pal... but looks like you've had a good day! Making your girl laugh is an important skill, but laughing her into bed is a new one on me! When she lifts the covers up, yes... but not into bed!
Oh shit DD, sorry to hear about your mate and forum member, wish him well from all on here, get well soon.
Good one Jez, looking at you and your missus I can only assume you've got loads of money!! Best wishes to Gaz when you see him!
You both look great on the pictures above! All the best to you and a quick recovery for your mate... Cheers, Daniel
Congratulations mate - well done and all the best for the future (sorry it's late but I managed to avoid the internet for almost two days!)
Congrats on the day, hope your mate makes a full recovery. Great pictures, didn't you do well !!! Punching more than a few classes above there !!!!! (Why, even tho I started the thread, do I not get notifications of replies !!!!!, bloody tinternet)
If the cops were able to interrogate your phone would they be able to identify that it was blue-tooth connected to another device (hands free kit or whatever), at the time of the incident.
This is a very good question and I did some checking on it: at least in Germany the feds are NOT allowed to read out your communication data since this would infringe the 'Fernmeldegeheimnis' (secrecy of telecommunications). Only if you are under suspicion of being involved in terroristic activities or similar grave crimes, could a judge order your cell to be analyzed. @thebiglad : even if they could see you were connected to bluetooth handsfree, this would NOT prove that you did not use the cell in the classic way if someone accuses you, that you did. So over here, you need an eyewitness to clear this mess. By the way, I also learned that you'd be allowed to use a walkie talkie since it is not covered by this law... ...or a shaver... The deeper you dig into it, the more you find out how complex and strange this problem gets when it comes to accidents.
Thanks to you all who showed concern for me,i was genuinely moved,iv'e got 5 broken ribs down the left side starting under the shoulder blade, can't lift my left arm and i'm left handed but which will make the recovery a lot longer but at least i'm out of hospital, can't sleep on a bed but just sent the mrs out for the sleep cure [strong polish lager] really zonks you out.
Broke my ribs 2 years ago falling off my KTM, bloody sore it was too. Had to sleep sitting up in the living room for 2 weeks, not fun. Speedy recovery pal.
YOU LUCKY BASTARD MR O I remember braking me back in twelve places and I had to sleep standing up in a borrowed kitchen for 7 weeks without food, water or electricity, with only a blind dog for help that wasn't fun I can tell Ya !! All the best Gaz for a speedy recovery
