Can anyone help me find out what bike this Tank is off? I required it from my old job as I worked in a paint factory that supplied triumph paint products! Not sure how old it is but I've had it over 15 years so that may help. Got no use for it as it was a gift from the management, so looking to sell aswell if you know someone interested! Grateful for any help and also it sad to see a tank just sat in the attic when it could be a part someone might be looking for!

I know it's older than a 2007 as I had it in 2001, I thought it looked like a later model.

Your a member since yesterday and you came on to try and answer a question you need answering regards your tank -
I honestly think there's nothing wrong in seeking advice to identify an item, but to judge a price on a forum that has members interested in these bikes is another matter, it is as had been said its worth what figure you have in mind or whatever someone is willing to pay for it,
I M H O its wrong to try and receive bids or offers from members bidding against each other, I have been on other forums where is is an unwritten rule that anything offered for sale has to be given a price, rather than ask for offers !!! In my opinion it offers an equal playing field for all members.
Ebay is the place for offers !!!
Just my own opinion, others may well disagree.

The open to offers comment was to the person replied to as he said he might be interested, it was a reply to him. As someone who's into classics himself I would rather see the tank going to someone of a nearly completed project that might need this final piece of their project than just sat in my attic where it doesn't get the justice it deserves. Sorry for any offence this might have cause you?

Point taken Rhys no offence taken at all, just my opinion I hope you understand, why dont you list it in the for sale section with a price of your choosing - I realise its hard to put a price on something, but if its a price your ok with and you get the benefit of it going to someone that is needing it then its a win win situation for you all.:cool:
