Fitted some BikeVis bullets to the Tiger 1200 for extra visibility (to be seen). I also used their PodMod which modulates the light slightly, a slight twinkle, not a flash, which makes a big difference to catching peoples eye.

Even if you are not using the modulator they look great, they might suit the classic bikes too as they are very small. You do need to think about mounting, you have to have a surface to mount them on that you can drill a wiring hole as the wire comes off the base. For the classic bikes maybe a litttle bracket from the heaplamp or fork area?

£18 for a pair of lights and £24 for the optional modulator. I made a little vid here for the effect. They also do Amber and Red for the rear. They do Blue too but I would say Plod would pull you up on those.

Had some of these some on my ST 1050 and one of them and one went yellow as opposed to bright white. This was replaced but after a few weeks some again. Tried another and same thing. After speaking with them they concluded that as I had a HID kit fitted in the headlight it could be effecting the current going to the bullet light. Couldn’t see it myself but obviously they couldn’t keep sending replacements and I couldn’t keep fitting new ones so binned them and got some cheapos of eBay which are doing fine three years later. They’re fitted Uber the indicators/mirrors, I also have another set on the inner edge of the fairing near the radiator, no excuse it to be seen now.

Nice road. Between 94-99 Ireland received over a billion of EU funding for road upgrades. Don’t even ask where the bulk of it came from.......

The reason does seem implausible I will say. They have been in business for a good while though so I think you were unlucky. I used their Cree 30 Deg aux on my Africa Twin for a couple of years, they were great, no issue at all.

Good to know! The Borders roads are in an awful state and Edinburgh has gone badly downhill too. At least some charity will now stay home. The Barnet Formula seems to encourage questionable resource allocation at Holyrood.

I got enraged by the EU claiming credit for Highland schemes paid for by UK tax that they had themselves re-taxed at 40%.
