Hello Gent's, Had a nightmare today and broke the zip on my retro, rear zip, Goltop boots :frown: The zips are the chunky YKK aluminium type you get on jackets, can anyone recommend a a repairer, or in fact does anyone out there happen to have any spare 37cm zips by any chance. I'm Colchester based, if anyone can help me out or steer me in the right direction it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Chappy.
Hi Chappy,here in Salisbury my MRS runs her own sewing shop you can get a zip for a on line shop called Jaycotts but if not we have a good shoe repair shop opposite taht does boot repair inc zips try a good shoe shop but try to avoid the high street names find a sole trader and i'm sure it can be fixed....mind you proberly be quite costly sorry i cant be more helpful
