My other motto, or rationalization maybe, when it comes to buying bikes is “Hey, at least it’s not an airplane or a boat!” :p;)

Now I’m starting to understand why you need a new bike with so much power, Dilli! ;)

At the Avon Roadrider launch. Got the new Rocket on show. Great to sit on. It didn’t feel too heavy. Can’t wait for delivery

Gone for 1st March to get the new reg and it fits in with my retirement plans to be able to afford it!
As with most bikes it looks so much better in person.

How tall are you ?- as these bikes seem smaller than previous models.

I’m 5’10. No problem with feet flat on ground. Have 32 inch inseam. Seat is cut nicely at front so easy to get feet down

Two different seat heights for the two different models
Can’t remember which is the tallest though the R or the GT:confused:
Not much in it though :)

I think I’m going to change to the R from the GT and then add a few bits.
Red looks awesome but I bet the black is stunning too.

Having had longer to sit on it with someone holding it upright I found it is quite a stretch to the handlebars which was not comfortable for me. I don’t know if it was my huge “Crown Jewels” package getting in the way :D or the size of the tank.
I’m 5’10 with average build and found it a stretch. The GT has swept back bars so should be more comfortable.
