Its surely a different kind of bonkers? I get Guy but cant make head nor tail of Boris. Perhaps it's because Guy is actually normal and Boris is a cyclist!

Not when I saw him... once was in the forest cafe, once passing opposite direction on the trails. He is supposed to bit a bit handy like!
