That was a very good lap, I got it to about 1 minute 44 seconds and he looked like he was hitting the apexes pretty well too. What is noticeable from the vid is how much slower turn 3 is at Charlie’s compared to turn 2, something I found when I did the track for the first time in 2014. It also shows how you can increase your speed from Cris curve to the gooseneck before dropping downhill to Mansfield. Cheers for the schedule info, weathers looking good so I’ll probably just get up and get there early, but maybe not in time for the first race
Don’t forget mate, rubber side down, stay slow for the bends that feel like you could go quicker and enjoy
Same for me too but on a 600 thundercat. Very challenging circuit with a few bits awkward to get right. My mate was on a GSXR thou and said on the way there take it steady coming out of Charlie2. First session what does he do? Yep binned it big time and that was his evening done.
