The house purchase will be concluded and then the work begins !!!!! After that sell current place, get wedged up - get wedged down with new bike and Bobby is your Mum's best friend

 

If I wasn't stuck at work I'd be out on her, with plastic bags in my boots to keep my tootsies warm!!

Long mate.Count on about 3 months in general although I've just been into the estate agent to let them know that we are now fully wedged, that might speed things up a bit.

No worries though, if I have to I'll cash me pension in to ensure I have wheels in time for August.

BTW the bank transfer came through - so now it's just a matter of coordinating the collection.
