Dont know about the RS but certainly the older Sprint/Trophy/Speed Trip were drillable, there were two round flats on the underside of the yoke which you could centrepunch then drill out carefully and use Tiger 900 bolt on clamps or any other of the bolt on type. Good luck. I have Renthals low superbike bars on my Sprint, much better leverage and a more comfortable ride position for this old boy's poor old wrists.
Have to say I do not know for sure, I just know the older Hinckley bikes did. If you can get your mitts on an RS top yoke you would be able to see if it has the abutments I am on about on the underside. If Big Dave says they will fit I would bow to his superior knowledge and say they probably do fit though
Oooooooh errrrrrr I'm in trouble now - my whole reputation is on the line . Sod it for a tenner it's worth the risk It's for the same bike after all?
