I am nearing the end of an epic rebuild of a 63 Thunderbird and want to fit a modern ignition and power system.
Any recommendations as there seems to be a large choice.

Boyer seems to be the most popular among people restoring and there are so many and i am sure you could find a moan about most, i am lucky as i still have an old Lucas Rita system on my T160 and its a first kick every time job...but unfortunately no longer available.

My Lucas seems to be working fine now with the new battery fitted so decided to stay oem. This is one for you its a beggar to start on the kick but easier on the electric foot.
    Regards
    Joe.
