It is circa 2012 / 2013 , had it repaired under warranty in early/ mid 2015 . Original CPU died at 18 months (2yr warranty)

Been doing more research , well looking up , and might be 3rd 4th or even slight chance 5th generation , I believe it's quad/4 core ? But without a motherboard/laptop it's very hard to find out ....

The laptop is 7/8 yrs old , @ 18 months old , the CPU died and was replaced under 2yr warranty. It had same symptoms this time and after a few faulty run's , had freezing issues , it just doesn't Start...

All sorted ,. Found a CPU to upgrade the Wife's laptop !!
Took Her CPU and swapped out mine , it's working fine , using a little executable file "cpu-z" I have found out Wife's was an Intel Mobile core i5 third gen , put a mid high range core i7 in.
So my laptop has a slight minor down grade but :);) it's working now , Now I have the time to both use it and search for a well priced (cheap :relieved:) i7 lol .
