I always said that to get a bike again before being unable to get on one would be the only way to get it out of my system. Well I got away with it and am the proud owner of 2013 Bonnie after a gap of over 30 years. (Previously Nortons++). Any meets ,rideouts or whatever in my part of West Cornwall?

    Welcome to the forum.
Your story is much the same as mine.
I bought a 2012 Bonnie just over 12 months ago after 30 years absence from biking, fantastic bike!
Also previously had a couple of Nortons

Welcome chough. Nortons and Triumphs, what's not to like. Don't forget to show us a pic or three of the Bonnie.

Hi to all of you and thanks for your welcome. Anew toy? you betcha! Trouble is running the risk of running out of excuses to nip off for a quick outing. the rain hasn't put me off either since fitting pair of road riders to replace the horid metzelers that were way past their sell by. Of course the pay back is having to clean of the mud after ( its just a tad agercultural where I am ). Pics will follow asap. Caw its a bit pretty, not wot I'm used to.Later!

Scottoiler fs365 is a spray for helping keep your bike clean, just spray on a dry bike after cleaning bike with soapy water. Avoid brakes and tyres lol.

cheers darkman, have discovered 365 and noted re tyres. I did however forget to miss rear calliper last time and did a pad burn in on next run to check all ok. B me if brake is now improved vastly.
