    Yes I have been told May. But only because I stipulated any colour but green and Bulldog said that may be easier to obtain. Joe

    Having just viewed the colour options on the website I can see why you guys have gone for the black one. The green is only available on the scrambler.

    Was really surprised to see that it weighed more than my Striple.

    The Classic range are heavy bikes, my 1200 Scrambler is some 30kg heavier than the 1200 ST RS. Not counting the behemoth R3, there's only the Adventure bikes that are heavier. The full cradle frame can't account for that much extra weight so I'm guessing it's down to the retro styling with twin shocks as opposed monoshock and the fact that the engines have been built to look like the old aircooled twins when they could probably have been more compact and lighter.
