I'm worth about 2p I think (since Truss took over ). Still look in occasionally but do most my posting on the other one now.
According to my insurance company I have about the same value as a beat up fifteen year old pick up. But I am old and I'm still here. Just about finished cleaning up the after effects of hurricane Ian. The dirty b**&^%* passed over us with 140 m.p.h. winds and dropped 18 inches of rain over a period of 12 hours. But enough whining. No motorcycles were damaged. So I'm happy.

Can't really argue with that. Adverts, the scourge of the internet, although occasionally one pops up for ladies intimate apparel which grabs my attention.
I don't have any adverts on this one, @Oldskool. That must be because I pay my $5 each year for the so-called "Premium" membership. Glad to see you still here..
Thanks for checking in and up on all of us @Iceman! I did see that Joe hasn't been on the forum since last summer. I've e-mailed him now and again and he's doing fine or at least he was the last time I heard from him a month or so ago. I joined the "other" forum shortly after it was formed but really haven't been on it. And I'm on here less lately than is typical for me though it's still an important community to me and I've lots of forum friends here. I do have a question for those of you on both forums, particularly those of you who are on the other forum more than this one. What is the draw for you? I've thought about participating on both but oftentimes can barely keep up with one forum and reading the newspapers a bit! (Which I'm doing less of these days, too, I have to say). And for those of you who are on the other forum but still check in and post here, thanks. I know a number of people left this forum when the spam issue got out of hand but I haven't seen a speck of spam in a very long time. Have any of you??
I use both as I’ve said above. To post photos here is a pain, files too large etc etc. So I pop in and out on both when it suits me, usually over a coffee in bed early morning. The “ Premium “ thing is a bit off putting for me as the forum owner seems to have little interest here, no input to the forum and just rakes in the profits.
