Urgent Warning

Attention all bikers. Yesterday a friend parked his bike at Rye East Sussex he went for a walk when he returned to his bike he noticed something taped under the bike. It was a small tracker. He took the tracker to his local police station in Eastbourne. The police said its a gang from Lithuania who find high valued bikes put trackers on them to find out where they are parked up at night. They steal the bike strip it and put it in a container then send it to Lithuania. If you leave your bike in a public area check it for a tracker when you come back. If you have saddlebags check them

thanks for the warning ,glad to see the Eastbourne police are as useless as they've always been ,if they know about the gang wtf don't they do something about catching them ,also for those track dayers this has been going at T/Ds for a while

 

Seen this warning a few times over the last year or two.
Not sure if it's genuine or not, but it's always worth checking I guess.....

Yeah right, Eastbourne Police versus highly organised Lithuanian vehicle thieves. If you think it's bad in Eastbourne try googling Interpol and Lithunian car thief gangs operating in Berlin and other European capitals. Low level thieves get caught but the gangers and bosses keep hiring new ones who are happy enough to run the risk of a few years behind bars.
