With the standard Pirelli's i run 36 F and 38 R as i am not that heavy, although it's fine at 36/42 it's just my personal thing.
Metezeler Z8 I run 34 front and 38 rear. 5000 miles and no abnormal wear. With the suspension set up for a 16st podge. It makes for a comfortable but sporty ride.
36 - 42 as per the recommendations. Id drop both a few psi for prolonged 'spirited' riding, such as a track day or a few days on route napoleon.
