    If it were me I would do two things :

    1. slacken the clamp bolts and turn them so the bolt heads face the ground, it will clean up the look;

    2. Clean that whole section of pipework with Solvol autosol, it'll make the pipes and clamps shine and take away that 'dirty gold' look.

    WP_20180303_15_20_09_Pro.jpg WP_20180303_15_20_14_Pro.jpg very we'll spotted on tyre i was nightshift just out bed and you are spot on,i looked at tyre and arrow facing wrong way i had puncture recently and got it plugged then motd it last Saturday,its not been out since so back to bike shop today and going to clean with autosol, the discolour at welds won't clean (new clamps n reposition as suggested) but the rest of pipework will (new redpower stickers) thanks chaps.

    The clamps come with a little heat shield that covers the weld/join have a word with Scorpion they're really good at supplying spares upload_2018-3-5_13-20-13.png

    the heat shields that fit to the silencer clamps do clean area up well,not too expensive for clamps and shields and fast service from scorpion parts. WP_20180324_15_48_01_Pro.jpg
