Hi I have a 955i and was wandering if anyone has had a problem with the fuel gauge. ..I filled my tank ride down the road and the gauge drops to empty which sends the light on, go around a corner and comes back up, and then drops again to empty. ...spoke to local triumph dealers and they said it's probably not the sender because it's going up and down. Thanks all.
That sounds to me like a dodgy connection with the sender, not the sender itself. I'd be checking all the relevant connections and cleaning them with contact cleaner spray.
