Is this normal set up ?

There seems to be the normal bolt and nut adjusters, but then the large hex section which screws into the swingarm! Get feck all adjust from it, had to pull the axle before I could get the chain off ???? Every other bike I've had, there was enough adjustment to put the wheel forward, slip chain off, then pull the axle.
Gonna be fun putting it back together tonight. :confounded:

Have you bought this or are you meching for a mate?

Haynes says, normal bolt and nut set up no hex thing Im looking at the photos now just the standard bolt and nut.
Is it the same both sides?

Looks like a repair job. Makes it a pain in the arse. Will see if I can work a better repair job out.
Just a bit of spannering for a pal, first time tyre change, so doing a bit of show and tell. :p
