Hi there I’m going to replace stock grips on my 2018 Thruxton with some new rubber grips from Biltwell. Newby Question, do I simply slip or cut off the existing stock grips and slide on the new ones or so I first remove the parts next to the right hand grip?? thanks for the help.
First of all remove any bar end weights. I find it easier to cut the grips off with a sharp blade. Clean the areas with brake cleaner to remove any residual glue. I then squirt some hairspray on the inside of the new grips and slide them on. Once dry you should be good to go
