Hi Bhawani and welcome to the Triumph Asylum :p:p

I've just listened to the two video clips and as far as I can tell that engine sounds perfectly normal. Just one question - was the engine fully warmed up when you made the recordings?

    Hi
Thank you everyone for the input, but unfortunately the problem it still there, have also started noticing a very prominent vibration in the foot pegs and the handlebars when accelerating ( and believe me I know vibration I have owned Royal Enfield bullets in the past)....can there be a possibility of a broken valvevornpiston slap this early in the bike or I am really beginning to get paranoid

Sounds fine to me but if you are still unsure take it to a dealer and let them have a listen, perhaps ask to hear one with a similar odo reading if possible. If you had a broken valve it would make a lot more noise than that, if it ran at all, and piston slap will not be an issue on such a low mileage engine. As for the vibration you are feeling check if all the engine mounting bolts are tight to the correct torque, in fact check everything you can put a spanner or socket on, just to be sure.
Edit. Another possibility for the vibration could be the throttles are out of balance.
