A9E4CDBC-E85E-41DD-A565-AA39819BD03F.jpeg Hey everyone, checking into a triumph forum for the first time and just wanted to give myself a quick intro.

My first bike was a Ducati Monster S2R 800 and I absolutely loved it. After an accident that insurance totaled the bike in, I went back to get a 1200 S and left with a new Speed Triple R (bike was a MY2015 that I bought new in 2017) and I fell in love quite quickly. After a few years with that and logging close to 17k miles, I decided it was time for a change. I’ve had my eyes on a new Streetfighter V4S and in my eyes it is the best road bike out there for the type of riding I like to do. So I went back to the dealership, and left with a new Daytona 765 (#415) Moto2!

So as you can tell, this trend is working out quite well of going in to buy Italian and leaving with something a bit more British. I am far from upset though. So now I’m dealing with the pains of break in miles and dialing in the suspension of the bike and all that again, but the D765 is definitely one I can already tell I’m going to hang on to for a long time.

Do not worry though, this isn’t going to be a garage queen. I ride almost every day I can (providing Colorado weather cooperates) and there will be plenty of track days abound. Let’s see how fast we can make this the highest mileage D765 out there!

Greetings and welcome to the forum, SlipperyWrench! Nice introduction and a gorgeous new bike! :heart_eyes:Looking forward to reading what you think about it and seeing more photos. I like your pattern of Italian going in and British coming out. :)

Thank you everyone for the warm welcomes! I do intend to cover this bike for everyone since there seems to be quite a void of Daytona 765 content on the internet. I’ll be popping around the forum and YouTube and get some fun videos and articles out there. It’s not going to happen overnight but as the year goes on and weather gets nicer then it will begin to roll out more and more.

Welcome to the family. Great intro and fantastic beasties. You will fit right in here in the asylum. The inmates love pictures and black does please them. Thanks for sharing. Also you will love it here this in my humble opinion is by far the best forum any where out there.
    Joe.
