I have fitted a TEC Monza style petrol cap to my Street Twin, but despite tightening the grub screw up tight, the outer casing and cap rotates round freely, is this correct anyone know?
Hi Tony, that doesn't sound right. This video may give you some clues. It may be the same as supplied by TEC? There is certainly an O-ring seen fitted here in the polished Monza part which goes between the adapter and the Monza cap and another flat O-ring that goes between the adapter and the tank. It could be you are missing the former.
